Terms of Service

Last updatedSeptember 12, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Regener8 Health & Wellness, LLC ("Regener8," "we," "our," "us"). By using regener8now.com or any of its subdomains, including start.regener8now.com and labs.regener8now.com, the patient portal, or by submitting a consultation request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Please read Section 11 (Arbitration and class-action waiver). It affects how disputes are resolved.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States, in a state where Regener8 lawfully operates, to use the Services. Regener8's programs are designed for adults 30 and older; whether you are a candidate for any program is a clinical decision. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide, including your name, date of birth, and address, is accurate and matches a government-issued ID.

2. The Services

Regener8 provides remote consultations with licensed clinicians, clinician-directed wellness programs for hormone optimization, weight loss, and sexual health, standardized diagnostic blood panels, and prescription medications where a clinician determines they are appropriate. Prescriptions are filled and dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies, not by Regener8. Specific offerings may change without notice.

Blood panels are drawn and processed by our partner laboratory, LabCorp. When you order a panel we send a requisition to LabCorp, you visit any LabCorp location for the draw, and a Regener8 clinician reviews the results with you.

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Not every visit results in treatment

Submitting an intake form, ordering a panel, or attending a consultation does not guarantee a prescription, a treatment plan, or any specific outcome. Whether to prescribe, treat, or recommend anything is the independent judgment of a licensed clinician. Blood panels are wellness tools and are not, on their own, a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

4. Your account

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your medical history.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Tell us promptly at dt@regener8now.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or misuse.

5. Telehealth, prescriptions, and medications

Before any telehealth visit you will be asked to review and sign a telehealth informed consent. Prescriptions, when written, are dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies in accordance with state and federal law. Some medications a clinician may prescribe are controlled substances; these are prescribed, monitored, and dispensed only as the law allows, and may require additional identity verification, lab work, or follow up visits. Use medications only as directed by your clinician.

6. Payment and billing

Regener8 charges for its services in two ways, and which one applies is disclosed to you before you owe anything:

  • Card payment at checkout. Blood panels and other items purchased directly on our websites are paid by card at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor. Full card numbers never touch our servers.
  • Invoice. Consultations, clinical services, and medication plans are invoiced to you through our patient record system. You receive the invoice and pay it directly.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes are added where applicable. Regener8 does not bill insurance and does not provide superbills.

Recurring medication plans. If your clinician prescribes an ongoing medication plan and you enroll, the plan is invoiced on a recurring cycle of one, two, or three months, depending on the plan. Before your first invoice we disclose the amount, the cycle length, and the next invoice date. A plan continues until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time by contacting your care team; cancellation applies to the next cycle and stops future invoices. A cycle already dispensed or shipped is not refunded or prorated. Continuing a plan may require an updated consultation, current lab work, or a new prescription at your clinician's discretion.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: blood panels are refundable until the lab requisition is sent and not after; consultation fees are not refundable once the consultation takes place; medications are not refundable once dispensed or shipped.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, age, or medical history, or use the Services on someone else's behalf without authorization.
  • Do not interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Services, or scrape, copy, or reverse engineer them beyond what the law expressly permits.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or share medications or orders obtained through the Services.

8. Content you submit

If you submit content such as messages, photos, or reviews, you grant Regener8 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services and for compliance and legal purposes. You keep ownership of your content. Clinical information you submit is governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this license, and is never used for marketing without your separate written authorization.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, logos, content, and trademarks, belong to Regener8 or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE IS GENERAL AND IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. SEE OUR MEDICAL DISCLAIMER. NO CLINICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP IS CREATED BY VISITING THIS WEBSITE. ONE IS ESTABLISHED ONLY WHEN YOU COMPLETE OUR INTAKE AND ARE ACCEPTED BY A LICENSED CLINICIAN.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGENER8 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO REGENER8 IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY OF LICENSED CLINICIANS, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.

Specimens are drawn and analyzed by an independent CLIA-certified laboratory whose own terms apply to the draw. We do not guarantee laboratory turnaround times or specimen acceptance beyond what the laboratory itself provides.

11. Arbitration and class-action waiver

You and Regener8 agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Palm Beach County, Florida, or by video unless we agree otherwise. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

You and Regener8 each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in any class, collective, or representative action. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is void.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing dt@regener8now.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full name, email, and date of acceptance.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 11, the exclusive venue for any dispute that is not arbitrable is the state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or risk to clinical safety. You may stop using the Services at any time. Payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the latest change. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the patient portal. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

15. General

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and the documents they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Regener8 about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
