These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by Regener8 Health & Wellness, LLC ("Regener8," "we," "our," "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.
1. What we send
- Account and care messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that lab results are available, prescription and shipping updates, intake follow up.
- Care coordination: messages from your care team about your program.
- Promotional messages, only if you opt in to them: limited offers, program updates, educational content.
2. Opting in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Regener8 form, replying YES to a confirmation text, or giving your number to a Regener8 team member with your consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency and cost
Frequency varies with your activity. Expect several account and care messages a week during active care and up to four promotional messages a month if you opted in to marketing. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Regener8 does not charge for the messages themselves.
4. Help and stopping messages
- Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or email dt@regener8now.com.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further marketing or non-essential messages.
- Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or mail. Some care messages may continue if they are needed for safe treatment; we will tell you if so and how to receive them another way.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
6. Privacy
We do not include detailed clinical information in standard text messages. SMS is not encrypted end to end, and we treat it as an unsecured channel. Sensitive clinical information is shared through the patient portal or other secure channels. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
7. Eligibility and changes
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the number you provide. We may update these SMS Terms; the date at the top reflects the latest change.
